Familiarize yourself with the requirements and terminology established by FSMA in relation to the food safety plan. Implement an effective food safety plan, beyond compliance with consumer protection regulations and compliance with export requirements to the United States market. Opt for the PCQI (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual) certification.
